I work very hard and they don’t appreciate that. The secret to success is good leadership, and good leadership is all about making the lives of your team members or workers better. No man can be a failure if he thinks he’s a success If he thinks he is a winner, then he is. Humor has bailed me out of more tight situations than I can think of. If you go with your instincts and keep your humor, creativity follows. With luck, success comes, too. The Lord gave us two ends – one to sit on and the other to think with. Success depends on which one we use the most. You will be a failure, until you impress the subconscious with the conviction you are a success. This is done by making an affirmation which ‘clicks.’ The idea of capitalism is not just success but also the failure that allows success to happen. I remember one day sitting at the pool and suddenly the tears were streaming down my cheeks. Why was I so unhappy? I had success. I had security. But it wasn’t enough. I was exploding inside.
