It really fascinates me. No one is so completely disenchanted with the world, or knows it so thoroughly, or is so utterly disgusted with it, that when it begins to smile upon him he does not become partially reconciled to it. You have to promote yourself you have to have this smile on your face all the time and be this nice guy – which I am! The Parthenon without the marbles is like a smile with a tooth missing. Ever since I was four years old, I loved making people smile, making them think, making them feel good, feel some kind of emotion. In junior high school, I was an object of pure ridicule for my dress, withdrawal, and asocial manner. Dozens of times, I saw individuals laugh and smile more in ten to fifteen minutes than I did in all my life up to then. The weaker the country, the stronger the smile. I wake up every day with a smile on my face.
